The 'Find a Professional Program' ("the Program") is offered and maintained by the Ontario Association of Mental Health Professionals ("OAMHP"). It is intended for public and OAMHP member use only to enable them to easily locate members.

In addition, this Program cannot be used as a means of verification of the credentials of any practitioners or coverage by the OAMHP Group Liability Insurance program.

The OAMHP shall monitor the use of the Program and anyone not complying with the terms of use, including those set out in this Disclaimer, may, at OAMHP's sole discretion, be prohibited indefinitely from using the Program. OAMHP reserves the right to change the terms of this Disclaimer at any time.

The use of any information from this Program, including names and contact information, for marketing, soliciting of members, commercial or sales purposes is strictly prohibited without the written permission of the OAMHP.

The OAMHP shall not be held responsible in any way for the use of this Program. Users of the Program do so entirely at their own risk and agree not to hold OAMHP responsible for any inaccuracies in the information contained in the Program including those with respect to the members' credentials. In addition, users shall not hold OAMHP responsible for any misconduct, malpractice or impropriety resulting from treatment by any of the members listed in the Program.
